I, Matthew Duane have been in this industry for well over 10 years. I built my experience and knowledge to be a Virginia licensed and insured contractor in 2017. Thus, Duane Renovations was created and has thrived since. The business' mission is to successfully help clients meet their vision and goals while simultaneously making an honest living for myself and my family. I keep very competitive prices as I keep the business small and overhead low. Most of the work I personally achieve allows me to pay attention to every small detail. It’s a win-win for my customers when quality meets affordability. I put a personal touch on all of my jobs. I carry myself with the utmost respect for you and your home. I listen to exactly what my customers want and can do complete custom work, something one of a kind you won’t find in your neighbor's house! I can suggest what might look good for resale and offer builder grade options that are inexpensive and can be completed quickly. At Duane Renovations, I make an exceptional effort to keep your home clean and keep the process as stress-free as possible. I have been serving Northern Virginia for over 5 years! My wife, three kids and I recently moved to Winchester in 2022, where we enjoy the mountains, keeping up with kids sports and relaxing on the porch when we can.
